Chewning + Wilmer’s mechanical division performs all aspects of stainless, carbon steel, high purity piping, fabrication and installation of process and utility piping, equipment erection. This includes rigging, millwright installations, and full pipe fabrication shop in our Richmond, Virginia location. This includes CWI weld inspector, budget estimates, design layout and QA/QC tracking. We’ve completed projects for Nestle-Purina, Micron, Fort Belvoir Night Vision Labs, NASA, Dupont, Stone Brewing, WestRock, Ashland Aqualon and tobacco manufacturing facilities.

Our customers love that we’re able to provide Turnkey E&I installations, as well. Our field supervisors are always connected and cognizant of all other trades on-site such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
