S&P Global 1st and 5th Floor Renovation
These two newly renovated office building floors combine to total 22,433 square foot and were completed under a 730 Thousand Dollar contract. This project is in addition to the C+W previously completed 3rd and 4th floor renovations. C+W accommodated the building occupants by working after hours and on weekends to avoid any disturbance to the customer and its employees during the work week. This project features the construction of an open office theme that fosters collaboration between coworker. In addition to the open office workspaces the building also includes a handful of small “huddle rooms” and three large conference rooms.
